1. Order Fulfillment

 All orders are fulfilled from our Sydney Store.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday through Friday.

3. Shipping Timelines
Australia

• Standard:

  • Metro Areas: 2-4 business days

  • TAS, WA, NT & Regional: 5-10 business days

• Express:

  • Metro Areas: 1-2 business days

  • TAS, WA, NT & Regional: 2-4 business days

International

• New Zealand: 4-11 business days

• North America: 10-24 business days

• Europe: 5-19 business days

4. Order Tracking & Delivery
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships—please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

5. International Duties & Taxes
For international customers: All product prices are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, or fees. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
