Refund policy
Return and Exchanges Policy:
We will happily accept returns on all full-priced merchandise for store credit or exchange with other items but no Cash refund. All full-priced, unused, unwashed, and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, pet hair, crochet rips, safety pins on the product, make-up stains, and etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
We must receive the online purchase orders for returned products within 7 working days from the date of costumer recived items . Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Once processed we will email you a store credit code that can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing.
Note": No exchange or store credit on the custom stitch clothing, jewelry, and decor items.
Defective Merchandise:
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to info@boutiquenepla.com.au of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.
*Please also keep the following in mind:
Items on clearance sale can not be refunded or exchanged.
How to return merchandise:
You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the package. Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as a record of your transaction.
*It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package in case it gets lost amidst its travels back to us.
